Your Wooten Oil account in one place

The Wooten Oil Customer Portal helps authorized customers review account information, invoices, payments, statements, fleet cards, and fuel transactions. Customers can also submit fuel requests and view account communications. Available features depend on the account and its permissions.

Wooten Oil staff use the administration portal to manage customer communications, prepare statements, and synchronize business records.

Gmail connection for company communications

An authorized Wooten Oil administrator can connect a company Google mailbox. The integration reads sent messages and attachments, matches recipient email addresses to customer records, and makes matching communications available as portal notifications. Customers do not need to connect their own Gmail accounts to use this feature.
